You have 15-30 years experience as an executive and/or advisor, be it as strategy or change consultant, coach or facilitator :
- You help executives think through situations, explore options, commit to action, and engaged in change.
- You get executives and their teams from unaware or in denial to confident and decisive, in engaging ways.
- You get groups to share differences, build consensus, make decisions, get things done, and grow closer.
You are successful at selling premium, tailored professional services to medium and large organizations :
- You open doors and minds, and get past the noise, confusion and doubt the rat race may generate.
- You understand how businesses win, across industries, and co-create meaningful, valuable offers.
- You have sold professional services for 5+ years – $2+M/year in Asia, $3M if in EMEA, $4M if in US.
- You know the results and value of what you sold; both your employers and clients are references.
You are a great listener and wise communicator, adept at languages of all kinds :
- You listen, love to listen, and read between the lines, grasping meaning behind words or lack thereof.You naturally adapt your style and discourse to your audience, from the boardroom to the mailroom.
- You are articulate, subtle, metaphorical, engaging and funny in English, and two other languages.
- You also use cultural references, doodles, visuals, videos, activities and games to make your point.

Alchemist | Conscious Change Enabler
You have 10-20 years experience running, improving and changing organizations, and the people who make them :
- 10+ years as project manager in strategy, operations or change consulting.
- 10+ years as an operations manager in industrial or service organizations.
- A deeply original, inspiring and relevant story worth hearing!
You are a seasoned practitioner of at least three change disciplines: Consulting, Training, Coaching or Facilitation :
- You get individuals from unaware or self-conscious to confident and effective, in action, the fast and engaging way.
- You help people think through situations, explore options, commit to action, follow through, and adjust as needed.
- You get groups to share, listen to one another, build consensus, make decisions, get things done, and grow closer.
You are a natural listener and communicator, adept at languages of all kinds :
- You are articulate, subtle, metaphorical, engaging and funny in English, and two other languages.
- You listen, love to listen, and read between the lines, grasping meaning behind words or lack thereof.
- You naturally adapt your style and discourse to your audience, from the boardroom to the mailroom.
- You also use cultural references, doodles, visuals, videos, activities and games to make your point.
- Help individuals grow, teams rock and businesses win.

Catalyst | Energetic Change Agent
You have 5-10 years experience in running, improving and changing organizations, and helping the people who run them :
- You bring 5+ years in strategy, operations or change consulting, as top project/change manager or analyst.
- You bring 5+ years in industrial or service organizations, as manager or key contributor in a few operations.
- And if you don’t, you have an original, powerful story worth hearing! Don’t hesitate to share it, if you do.
You are a practitioner of at least two of the change core disciplines: Consulting, Training, Coaching and Facilitation :
- You get individuals from unaware or self-conscious to confident and effective, the fast and fun way.
- You help people think through situations, explore options, commit to action, follow-through, and adjust.
- You get groups to share differences, build consensus, make decisions, get things done, and grow closer.
You are a great listener and communicator, adept at languages of all kinds :
- You are articulate, subtle, metaphorical, engaging and funny in English, and two other languages.
- You listen, love to listen, and read between the lines, grasping meaning behind words or lack thereof.

How we hire
Only the right people will make the right firm and the right change:
- We’re out to get you: the few, the proud but not egotistical, the… wait, not the M… the Catalysts, Analysts, Evangelists of a new way.
- We will leave the fickle and the paycheck-seeker, the careerist and the drone, the faint of heart and the care bear to the competition.
A rite of passage : Interviews only show who is good at interviews… So we don’t do interviews:
- It will take some time. Our journey will take 8 to 12 weeks, depending on how fast and available you are.
- It will take some effort. The endeavor will require the equivalent of 5 to 10 full days of work from you.
- It will take some guts. The experience will ask the best of you, as a professional and as a human being.
- At the end of our exploration, you may be a new professional, and maybe even a changed person.
Steps towards one another : You need to pick us as much as we pick you… We give you everything to decide:
