Frederic is fascinated by how we decide and follow-through on them, how we learn and grow, how can we have a bigger impact… and still get along? they seem to all bring him back to the same topics: a management consultant and coach. When he is not working, he is reading books on these topics, or writing texts he will likely never publish to make all this clear in his mind. When he’s not hitting the trails, or the slopes, or the waves, or running after his two you daughters, he’s doodling or filling pages of his journal with quotes and metaphors to answer these questions, for agi.li 🙂

With 20 years in advisory, crisis management, sales and being certified trained coach, he uses his natural empathy to help Executives challenge status-quo, and lead transformations. She has worked with Global MNCs and local organisations, across 3 continents. Yet, somehow, she’s always come back to developing people, be it through training, consulting, mentoring, coaching or interim management roles.

Deeply embedded in continuous learning and continuous improvement, and agile everything, , the journey is as important as the destination, but she will not stop until things are really really really done. Her wish for her friends, colleagues, clients and herself, is to love what they do, do what they love and do it well; to learn and share everyday ; … and she’ll make sure to enable that.
